As Performance Leader you'll be responsible for implementing strategic plans that drive change and business improvements, as well as developing our B2B customer proposition ensuring we deliver brilliant service for our customers..

You'll be part of a community of Performance Leaders across the UK and represent commercial operations as part of your regional hub. You will play a key role in developing a centre of excellence for our UK operations, working with the Operational leads of the SME, Mid Market & Global Boards and on site leadership team.

WHAT RESPONSIBILITIES WILL I HAVE AS A PERFORMANCE LEADER?
Drive business performance across the regional hub to achieve the best possible results
Ensure that the organisational structure works effectively and meets business needs
Contribute to the development and drive the implementation of the Commercial business strategic and operational plans
Shape and lead change, building a culture of continuous improvement across the region to optimise the value that Commercial Operations drives through for the Commercial business
Engage the hearts and minds of regional teams to drive the best operational culture
Ensure that the relationship with internal stakeholders is fully effective, that strategies are aligned and results delivered
Ensure the team value being part of UK Commercial and Operations, understanding where the business is going and the key role they play in it's success
Support the coaching and development of our Team Manager community to develop capability
Ensure effective service management of our Account Managed Customers to drive positive and transparent business results
To succeed in this role you need to demonstrate an ability to:
